• Certified ID copies of members/directors
• Employer Reference Number/Notice of Assessment from the Department of Labour-Compensation Fund
• Total number of employees
• Total earnings of employees

• Standard Time: 3-5 business days
• Possible Delays: Due to excessive workload at the Labour Department
