PSIRA Registration Process

Documents Required for PSIRA Registration

For Individuals:

• Certified copy of South African ID
• Police Clearance Certificate (not older than three months)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or affidavit)
• Two passport-size photos
• Fingerprint application form (available at PSIRA offices)
• Proof of training completion from an accredited training provider
• Payment proof of the registration fee

For Businesses:

• Company Registration Certificate (CIPC registration)
• Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS)
• B-BBEE Certificate or Affidavit
• Certified IDs of all directors
• Company proof of address
• Business bank account confirmation letter
• VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of PSIRA registration for at least one director
• Company training accreditation certificate (if offering training services)
